Firmware Update Instructions
- Download the firmware file (TrimuiUpdateV*.zip)
- Copy firmware zip to SD card using USB card reader and insert into device
- Power on device and open file browser
- Locate and select update package (TrimuiUpdateV*.zip) and press A to update
- After update completes, perform ‘Factory Reset’ or ‘Refresh Roms’
- Reboot device

Factory Recovery Instructions
- Connect device to PC via USB (power off first, remove SD card)
- Open PhonenixSuit PC updating tool
- Click firmware and select .img file in PhonenixSuit browser
- With device powered off, hold L+R buttons and power on to enter USB recovery mode
- Confirm update prompt in PhonenixSuit
- Wait ~3 minutes for flashing to complete before disconnecting
